SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We strive to ship the same day you order, but during high ordering times it could be shipped within 1-3 business days, unless an item is out of stock and in these cases you will be immediately notified. 

 

Shipping is through the U.S. Postal Service or FedEx and you will be provided a tracking number for every shipment. 

 

Sniff Plate takes no responsibility or liability for orders stolen or not at  your destination address.  The tracking systems of the U.S. Postal Service and FedEx will determine if the package arrives at the address you provide. It is important for you to check your address on each order to make sure it is accurate. 

If you receive your order and there are any issues such as wrong or damaged product, we will replace it at no charge to you. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will not accept any reported issues after 10 days of receipt of the order. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We stand behind our products. If you are not 100% satisfied, simply return it to us in its original unopened packaging for a full refund, less shipping charges, no questions asked. You have 10 days after receipt to make this decision.
